Creating A Brand Experience

We all have had a fair share of experiences with different brands, some have been good and some not so good. Now, what do these brands all have in common? What they have in common is that they have left a lasting impression on us that either will have us return for more or never come back. Having and creating a good brand experience in your business will help you leave a memorable lasting impression on your people.

Cultivating this brand experience will not only leave a lasting impression but will help you build trust with your clients, and create long-term loyalty.

What is brand experience?

Brand experience is that lasting impression you leave clients with, this includes every touch point they experience with your brand, the before, during, and after. It encompasses the thoughts, feelings, and reactions which influence them in some way.

That is why it is important for your brand to create a cohesive memorable brand experience. At every single touch point, you have with your clients, you want to create a memorable experience for them.

How do you create a memorable brand experience?

So how can you achieve this memorable brand experience? You achieve this by having a strong cohesive brand. The main elements that will help you build out the brand experience are:

  • Brand identity, which includes your visuals, logos, colors, and typography.

  • Brand voice, how are you going to communicate with your audience in both written and verbal forms? Determining how you want to establish your distinct brand voice.

  • User experience, how are they interacting with your product or service? Do you have a streamlined process to purchase your product or book a call with you? Begin to walk in the shoes of your clients, would your user experience keep you coming back for more?

  • Customer Support, how are you providing excellent customer support? One way I establish customer support for my clients is by being available to them via email or Voxer for questions after our project is over. I understand my clients and their needs and so I know the added support after the branding or website project is over is a stress reliever for them.

Remember creating a brand experience is key to creating that lasting impression that will have your clients keep coming back for more and keep you top of mind when they need your service or product. So go and create that for your brand!
